Richmond Hockey Club, located just over Chiswick Bridge, is one of the oldest hockey clubs in the world, offering a variety of teams for all ages, abilities, and ambitions. Our club has a rich history and a strong sense of community, providing a supportive environment for both players, volunteers and coaches. Our Mens 1st XI have now been promoted to the England Hockey Premier League for season 2024/25 which will be our 150th Anniversary Year.
Role Description -This is a part-time hybrid role for a Matchday only pitchside Physiotherapist responsible for the Mens 1st XI who play in the England Hockey Premier League.
The successful applicant will be responsible for pre-match taping requirements, pitchside assessment of players' injuries, developing rehabilitation programs, and providing injury prevention strategies. This role will involve working closely with coaches and players to ensure their physical well-being.
Home and Away matches will all start between 4 and 6pm on Saturdays. Logistics for away travel to be discussed.
Competitive remuneration for the suitable candidate.
Saturday role only - no obligation to attend midweek training sessions.
