Richmond Hockey Club is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Head Coach to lead our Men’s 1st XI team. As we celebrate our 150th anniversary, we’re gearing up for an incredible season in the England Hockey Premier League.

• Our Men’s 1st XI recently secured promotion to the Premier League after two successive promotions from the Conference East as Champions in the 2022/23 season followed up as Champions of South Division 1 in 2023/24 season.

Role Overview:

• Position: Head Coach for Men’s 1st XI
• Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective training programs.
• Strategize match tactics and game plans.
• Mentor and motivate players to achieve their best.
• Collaborate with other coaches and club officials.
• Qualifications:Relevant coaching certifications
• Experience coaching at a high level
• Highly developed inter-personal and communication skills.
• Passion for hockey and player development.
