Thanks for your message!
We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
We have a number of opportunities for you to get involved with various aspects of the Club as we approach our 150th Anniversary Season in 2024/25.
See below for more details for each of the following :-
With the use of Teamo in recent years the role of Club Treasurer has now changed significantly. Long gone are the days of trawling through bank statements looking to see who had paid subs ! The role could now be split into a few key tasks which could be covered by one or more people.
The formal role is to prepare annual accounts so someone with accountancy qualifications is required for that element.
The second aspect is dealing with payments to suppliers and coaches which is more of an admin role making payments mostly on a monthly basis with some ad hoc payments required.

Richmond Hockey Club is fully aligned with England Hockey in wanting to ensure that all young people have a right to be safe and to enjoy their involvement in hockey. We have formally adopted relevant policies as part of our recent ClubMark accreditation so everything is in place. If you wish to find out more please do enquire - it is a rewarding role and vital to the continued development of the Club. You might find the England Hockey Club Welfare Officer guidelines and support area via the Link below to be a useful resource to review.
If this is of interest then please get in touch with Claire Griffiths via the Contact button below.
New to London or not - what better way to get involved than with our energetic Social Committee who are responsible for pulling together a series of events each year from the traditional New Members Evening and Christmas Jumper celebrations along with new events each year - the aim is to provide the opportunity for Club Members to get together regularly throughout the Year. More bench strength would help so if you're keen... then get in touch with Chaz via the contact button below.
We really need some help with putting together a magazine to celebrate our 150th Anniversary - in either paper or digital formats. Content writers / designers.... if you're interested in helping out then ... GET IN TOUCH with Andrew via the contact button below and make your mark in our history!
The magnificent Jeroen Sibia (Sibs) has stepped up to help with our Sponsorship drive but again the more the merrier so if you have experience with fundraising / sponsorship side of things or happen to have friends in high places with deep wallets then he'd love to hear from you. Delighted to welcome ex 1st XI Captain Charlie Duffel to the group but more are welcome as we look to develop this area of the Club.
The list of possible opportunities is extensive and is limited only by your imagination and desire to get involved as we embark on the next phase of our exciting journey - All ideas are welcome and encouraged - this is YOUR CLUB.
We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
