Every team can now have a main sponsor (one business, top billing) and up to 8 supporters (businesses or families, from £10 a month). You set prices once, share a link, and they pay by card. You approve each one before it shows, and their name or logo then appears on the team's page in the app and on your website.

🛠️ Part 1: Set it up (about 5 minutes)
1. Open Club Products
Go to Manage → Club Products. Your team sponsorships sit alongside your other products, each with a places bar and a Copy link button.

2. Start a team sponsorship
Click + New product. Under Step-by-step set-up pick Team main sponsor or Team supporters. You can run both.

3. Team main sponsor: price
Choose how they pay:
- for the season, up front (for example £400, until the season ends);
- monthly to the season end (for example £40). The page shows the total, “7 × £40 = £280”.

4. Team main sponsor: which teams
Every team is offered by default. For each team you can:
- turn it off;
- give it its own price (a first team might be worth more);
- add a sponsor by hand if a business already pays you another way.

Ending a main sponsor: press End next to them in this step, then confirm. They come off the team page, and the team can be sold again. If they paid by card, any monthly payments stop; nothing is refunded automatically.
5. Team main sponsor: what they get, and who's told
- Placement: the main sponsor goes at the top of the team page.
- Your own extras: add anything else they get, such as a board at the ground.
- Product manager: pick who is told about every sale.

6. Check it reads right, then turn it on
Every answer is shown as one sentence with Change. Save, and you're selling.

7. Team supporters: levels
Supporters pay monthly until they stop, and it carries into next season. Two levels come ready-made, and you can rename them, change the price or add more:
- Big supporter, £20 a month, larger and shown first;
- Supporter, £10 a month.

8. Team supporters: which teams and how many
- Places: each team has 8 supporter places. Change the number for any team.
- By hand: add supporters who already pay you another way.
- Ending one: open a team's list and press End. They come off the team page.

9. Share the link
More links gives you two links:
- one team's link, best in that team's parents' WhatsApp group;
- one for every team, where they pick the team.

🏪 Part 2: What a business sees
10. They pick a team
Your link lists your teams, showing who's still looking for a sponsor and how many supporter places are left.

11. They see what they get and choose how to pay
The place is held for them for 15 minutes while they fill in their details, so nobody else can take it. Supporters pick a level.

12. Their name, logo and link
Business name, logo (PNG or JPG, up to 2 MB), website, and an optional strapline.

13. They pay by card
The club shop's normal checkout: their details, then card or Google Pay.

14. Done, waiting for you
They're told you'll check the logo and link, usually within 2 days, and that they get a full refund if you can't use it. Supporters see “You'll pay £20 on the same date each month until you stop”, plus a link to manage it.

✅ Part 3: You approve, and it goes live
15. Approve it
The sponsorship shows “1 waiting for you to approve”. Review opens it: the name, logo, link and strapline (a supporter also shows its level), with three buttons:
- Approve and publish;
- Ask for a change (for example, a clearer logo);
- Reject and refund.

16. It's on the team page, in the app
- Main sponsor: at the top of the team's Overview, with their logo, strapline and Visit website. With no logo, the name shows on its own.
- Supporters: listed underneath. Big supporters come first and larger.

17. It's on your website
The main sponsor card sits in the team page header. The Supported by band runs under the team's tabs, and on a phone it moves under the team menu. Approving republishes the team's pages for you, with no extra step.

18. And on the team's fixtures
Each fixture of that team shows Supported by: the main sponsor and the supporters whose sponsorship covers that date.

19. And on the result, in the club feed
Enter the score on the fixture (Edit → set Home or Away → Add result → Done), then share it with the paper-plane button → Result to Newsfeed. The result card carries a band under the score with the main sponsor's logo and Visit. Only the main sponsor appears here.

💡 Good to know
- Nothing shows until you approve it. If you reject, the business is refunded in full.
- Prices. If you change a price, it applies to new sponsors only; anyone already paying keeps their price.
- Turning selling off. This stops new sales and links. Paid sponsors stay live until their sponsorship ends.
- Junior teams. They can have sponsors too. No child is ever named.
