Payment Center Icons

To make tracking membership payments more efficient, we’ve introduced new icons in the Payment Center’s product column. These icons provide a quick visual reference, helping club administrators manage payments with ease.

Membership Icon (With a Pound Sign £)

Payment status dots across the platform now use distinct geometric shapes alongside, combined with a research-backed colourblind-safe palette, everyone can distinguish payment states at a glance.

• Blue (Circle): Fully paid or up-to-date with instalments.
• Orange (Diamond): Instalments started but are not up-to-date/overdue
• Grey (Square): Membership not paid/membership has been assigned
• Blank (Dotted Circle): Membership not assigned

This icon ensures that club admins can quickly assess whether a user’s core club membership is active and paid.

Team Membership Icon (Shirt)

This icon represents a membership specific to a user’s team. If a club offers multiple team-specific memberships, and a user belongs to several teams, multiple shirt icons will appear in their product section. This makes it easy to see which team memberships have been purchased.

For example, if a user is part of both the Junior Team and the Senior Team, and each team requires a separate membership, two shirt icons will be displayed.

These icons are more than just visual indicators—they provide interactive functionality that simplifies membership management:

• Quick Membership Assignment: Clicking on an icon allows admins to assign a membership that the user has not yet been assigned, streamlining the process and reducing manual work.
• Detailed Membership Overview: Clicking on an icon also provides a full list of all memberships the user has purchased, ensuring transparency and clarity.

For clubs managing multiple types of memberships, these icons offer a powerful tool for tracking payments efficiently. They allow admins to:

• Instantly identify which memberships have been paid for and which require action.
• Differentiate between general club memberships and team-specific memberships.
• Reduce errors and manual tracking by providing a clear and organised visual reference.

For example, if a user requires both a Junior Membership and a Club Membership, the icons will clearly show whether both payments have been made. This prevents confusion and helps ensure that all necessary memberships are correctly assigned and paid for.

By implementing these new icons, we’re making membership management faster, clearer, and more efficient for club administrators. Now, tracking and assigning memberships is easier than ever!
