Top Tips: Setting Up A New Season

Discover how to successfully set up your new season and archive the old to ensure a smooth start to your season by following this step-by-step guide!

Providing all of the information needed for admins to limit their season set-up workload and to create a seamless transition across the club.

• Go to Manage Club > Manage Club Products.
• Select in the top right corner > Create New Season
• Enter the season dates and choose whether you wish to set the new season immediately live for your members or not (select not if you are going to make changes - users will continue as normal in the old season)



• Go to Manage Club > Manage Club Products 
• Select in the top right corner > Copy Products
• Select the season you wish to copy products from > Copy
• You can now edit the product names, prices, concessions, etc in the new season if you wish



*NOTE* you will be able to add new products by selecting ‘create new product’. They must have a different name to any existing products

Once you have copied over the products/created new products, you are ready to archive the old season and set the new season live!

To archive the old season:

• Manage Club > Manage Club Products
• Click the season title, and select the old season
• Select the 3 dots in the top right corner
• Select 'Archive Season'

Once you click this, all teams and groups, along with registration question answers, will be transferred over to the new season

Setting the new season live:

• The new season will go live once the date you have set for the new season rolls around
• Click 'edit current season' and tick the 'set season live' circle

*NOTE* Members with outstanding payments from the previous season will still be able to pay these once the new season has gone live.
