Teamo Reports Guide

Teamo provides various reporting tools to help manage team and club activities. These reports cover everything from attendance and availability to financial tracking and statistics. Below is a detailed guide to each type of report available on Teamo, how to access them, and what features they offer.

Attendance Report

Overview:

The Attendance Report tracks member attendance for training sessions, making it easier for coaches and team managers to monitor player participation. However, attendance is only recorded if an attendance register is taken. This report is team-specific, so you will only see data for the selected team. Not only is this report downloadable for record-keeping, but you can also access attendance data from previous seasons, offering historical insight into player commitment.

How to Access:

Web Access:

  1. Navigate to the Home Page.
  2. Select the Teams section.
  3. Choose the specific team.
  4. Click on Attendance Report to view the data.


App Access:

  1. Go to the Club Page.
  2. Navigate to the Teams section.
  3. Select the team in question.
  4. Tap on Attendance Report.

Long-Term Availability (Not Downloadable)

Overview:

The Long-Term Availability report provides an overview of each member's availability for upcoming matches and training sessions. While it is a valuable tool for planning and scheduling, this report is not downloadable, as it is dynamic and constantly updated when members modify their availability. Like the Attendance Report, this is team-specific.

How to Access:

Web Access:

  1. Navigate to the Home Page.
  2. Select the Teams section.
  3. Choose the specific team.
  4. Click on Long-Term Availability.


App Access:

  1. Go to the Club Page.
  2. Navigate to the Teams section.
  3. Select the team in question.
  4. Tap on Long-Term Availability.

Full Team Stats Report

Overview:

The Stats Report compiles key performance data from your team’s season, such as goals, assists, matches played, and match selections. This report is valuable for both coaches and players to assess performance over time. Additionally, the report is downloadable, making it easy to analyse or share with other stakeholders. You can also filter the stats by different seasons, enabling you to compare performance year-over-year.

How to Access:

Web Access:

  1. Navigate to the Home Page.
  2. Select the Teams section.
  3. Choose the specific team.
  4. Click on Full Team Stats.


App Access:

  1. Go to the Club Page.
  2. Navigate to the Teams section.
  3. Select the team in question.

Tap on Full Team Stats.

Member Reports

Overview:

The Member Report allows you to create a comprehensive overview of your club members via the Members Centre. You can generate custom reports that suit your needs, whether it’s member contact details, registration information, or financial details like membership invoices. The report can either be downloaded as-is (based on your current view) or generated using the Download Wizard, which allows you to select specific categories or fields for a more tailored report.

Fields Available:

Profile Information: Includes basic details such as first and last name, email address, phone number, etc.

Registration Information: Shows answers to your club’s registration questions, providing deeper insights into members.

Payments and Memberships: Displays financial information, including membership statuses, invoices, and payments.

Custom Reports:

The Download Wizard allows for advanced filtering and customisation, helping you choose which fields to include in your report. You can also search for specific teams using the search function (“ingroup: [team name]”) to narrow down the data.

  • Navigate to the Members Centre.
  • Select Tools.
  • Choose Download.

Financial Reports

Teamo offers a variety of financial reports to help manage payments, fees, donations, and merchandise orders. These reports can be tailored to specific teams or events and downloaded for further analysis.

Payment Centre Reports

Overview:

The Payment Centre allows you to track and download reports related to club memberships, match fees, tickets, fines, and other financial transactions. You can search for specific data points and filter by different seasons. The ability to download these reports helps ensure you have a clear record of all financial interactions.

Memberships: Download reports on member payments, memberships, and subscriptions.

Match Fees and Tickets: Access and download reports for match fees and ticket sales. This includes any fines associated with the events.

Reports - Custom Date Range: Customise the time frame for the reports to focus on a specific period.

How to Access:

  • Navigate to the Payment Centre.
  • Select the desired category (e.g., memberships, match fees).
  • Use the download options to save the report.

Team Payments Reports

Overview:

The Team Payments report provides a detailed breakdown of payment-related data for individual teams. This includes match fees, unpaid invoices, donations, merchandise purchases, and more. You can generate specific reports for various payment categories or events.

Options Available:

  • Match Fees: Search for a team, find the relevant match, and download the fee report. This report mirrors what you can access in the Payment Centre.
  • Review Individuals: Download reports for users who have outstanding invoices, unpaid match fees, or unpaid membership dues. You can also track fines, donations, and merchandise orders by selecting the relevant options in the dropdown menu.
  • Training Events: Download reports to track which members have or haven’t paid for training sessions.
  • Social Tickets: Generate reports for social event ticket sales, helping to track attendees and payments.
  • Fines: Download reports to monitor which members have settled or outstanding fines, ensuring your club stays on top of its finances.
  • Donations: View and download a list of members who have made donations, allowing you to track the club's supporters and contributors.
  • Merchandise: Download reports to track merchandise orders, including who has placed orders and made payments.


How to Access:

  • Go to the Team Payments
  • Select the desired category (e.g., match fees, training, fines).
  • Use the download option to generate the report.

By using Teamo’s comprehensive reporting features, club administrators, coaches, and managers can easily monitor attendance, availability, team statistics, and financial health. These reports provide invaluable insights into your club’s performance, operations, and finances, helping to keep everything organised and efficient.
