The first 10 minutes were, in the coach's words, "awesome"! Great passing, driving down the wings, and a core middle attack delivered multiple, strong shots on goal which were saved by their very good keeper. Wallingford were hot on shortcorner rebounds and patience prevailed, with Kerry getting the first goal and Liz the second.
The second half saw the oppo gain some confidence in the middle of the pitch, our defence working hard. Kat saved their two shots on goal with the oppo only scoring from a p-flick. The last 5 minutes ended with Jaz scoring the best goal ever, finding an inch of space between the keeper's elbow and post. Great game team💚
