🛠️ Part 1: Set up an item (club admins)
Start a kit item
Go to Manage → Club Products, click New product, and under Step-by-step set-up choose Kit and merch.

The set-up has five steps, shown down the left. You can go back to any of them.

Step 1: The item
- Name, for example “Club Training Hoodie”.
- Price. You can give each size its own price in the next step.
- Description: what it is, and what can be printed on it.
- How it's sold:
- In stock: you hold the stock, and it sells until each size runs out.
- Pre-order: orders close on a date you choose. Then order from your supplier using the number sold in each size.

Step 2: Sizes and stock
- Pick a preset: Youth ages, Adult XS–3XL, Mens / Womens or One size. Or add sizes one at a time with Add a size.
- For each size, set its price and how many you have in stock. Remove a size with ×.
- Use the arrows to put sizes in the order buyers see them.
- Show “Only a few left” at: buyers see the count once a size has this many or fewer. It's 3 unless you change it.
The summary underneath adds it up, for example “7 sizes · 46 in stock”.

Step 3: Printing
Turn on Name and number printing. Name on back and Number are filled in for you:
- Name on back: up to 12 letters by default, printed in capitals.
- Number: set your club's range, for example 1 to 99.
- Switch on Required for a field if every order must have it. Otherwise it's optional.

Step 4: Selling and collection
- Who can buy: Anyone; Members only (the shop asks the buyer to sign in first); or Treasurer only, where it isn't on sale and a treasurer assigns it to a member, who then pays.
- Where it shows: your club shop in the app, on the web, or both. You can also show it on the app's Home screen, at the top until a date you choose.
- Collection: where and when to collect, for example “Saturday training, 9–10am, by the clubhouse”, and whether buyers are told when their item is ready.
- Product manager: who's told when someone buys. Choose any club contact, and add yourself if you want the notifications.

Step 5: Check and turn on
Every answer is shown on one line, each with Change. Turn on puts the item in your club shop. Save as draft keeps it for later.

After you turn it on: the item's page
Once it's on, the item has its own page in Club Products:
- Sizes and stock: what's left and what's sold in each size.
- Use Edit on any section to change it later. To change stock, edit the sizes and stock section.
- Selling on or off, and Copy link to share the item with parents.

Add photos and a size guide in the product's own editor once the item is on.
🛍️ Part 2: What buyers see
The club shop
Kit appears in your club shop alongside memberships, match fees and events. The filter at the top shows one part of the shop, such as Kit. When sizes have different prices, the card says “from £32”.

Choosing a size, name and number
- Sizes are buttons. A sold-out size is greyed out and crossed through.
- A size that's running low has a dot and says, for example, “Only 3 left in XL”.
- Under Printing, the buyer adds a name and number. Collection details are under the button.

A number outside your range shows “Enter a number from 1 to 99.”, and Add to basket stays off until it's right.

The basket
Several of the same item in the same size, with different names, are separate lines, each with its own price.

Checkout
The buyer checks their details and billing address, then Continue to payment. From that moment their sizes are held for 10 minutes, so nobody else can take the last one. If they leave without paying, the size goes back on sale.

They pay with a saved card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a new card. The order summary says “Your order is saved. If you leave now, nothing is charged.”

Order confirmed
The buyer sees their order number and gets a receipt by email. Your product manager is told, and the order is in Team Payments → Orders.

Sizes are held for 10 minutes for whoever reached payment first. If they don't pay, the size comes back on sale.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or with a card you've saved.
Where do I collect it?
Your club's collection details are shown on the item, under Add to basket.
