Kit and merch: sell club kit in every size

Kit and merch: sell club kit in every size

Every club has a kit secretary with a spreadsheet: who wants a medium, who wants a 9 on the back, who's paid. Now the club shop does that part for you.

You can now sell kit and merchandise in Teamo in proper sizes, with stock counted for each size and the player's name and number printed on the back. Parents and members pick a size, add a name, pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and collect it at the club.

What a parent sees: the club shop, then every size, what's sold out and what's nearly gone.

👕 Sizes, stock and prices that fit

  • Pick a size range in one tap: Youth ages, Adult XS to 3XL, Mens / Womens or One size. Add, rename or reorder sizes to match your supplier.
  • Price each size. Charge £35 for 2XL and 3XL and £32 for the rest, if that's what they cost you.
  • Stock for each size goes down with every sale. A sold-out size is greyed out, and when a size has 3 or fewer left, buyers see “Only 3 left in XL”. You choose that number.
  • In stock or pre-order. Sell what's in the cupboard until each size runs out, or take pre-orders until a closing date and order from your supplier once you know the numbers.

🔢 Names and numbers on the back

Turn on printing and buyers add a name on the back (up to 12 letters, printed in capitals) and a number from your club's range, for example 1 to 99. Make either one required, or leave them optional. A number outside the range can't be added, so the order you get is the order you can print.

Buying for two children in the same size? Each shirt is its own line in the basket, with its own name and number.

🛒 A checkout that keeps your stock right

When a buyer goes to pay, their sizes are held for them for 10 minutes, so two people can't both buy the last XL. If they leave without paying, the size goes back on sale. They pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a saved card, and see where and when to collect: “Saturday training, 9–10am, by the clubhouse”.

📦 You can see what's sold

Each item has its own page showing what's left and what's sold in every size. The person you choose as product manager is told whenever someone buys, every order is in Team Payments → Orders as today, and you can switch selling off in one tap. Orders already paid stay as they are.

🚀 Get started

Go to Manage → Club Products → New product → Kit and merch. Five short steps take you from the item to the club shop: the item, sizes and stock, printing, selling and collection, then a final check before you turn it on. Our step-by-step guide walks through each one, with answers to the questions parents ask.

Kit sits alongside everything else in your club shop: memberships, match fees, tickets and team sponsors.
