NEW FEATURE: Pass Products

We're excited to introduce the latest enhancement to our platform: Pass Products! This feature is designed to offer more flexibility in managing your membership and payment options, and it integrates seamlessly with our existing tools. Here’s everything you need to know about creating, managing, and utilising Pass Products.

To get the most out of pass products, consider using them as an extension of your existing membership options. For instance, combine annual memberships with seasonal passes to cater to different members needs and preferences. This approach allows clubs to attract a wider audience and manage payments more efficiently.

Access Club Products: Navigate to your club’s product management section.

Add a Pass: Select the option to add a new Pass Product.

Fill in Details: Provide all necessary information about the pass, including its name, description, and pricing.

Promote: Choose to promote the pass on the newsfeed, payments page, or both. This ensures it’s visible to all relevant members.

By promoting the pass on these platforms, you can ensure that it appears on everyone’s payments page based on your selected audience.

• Assignment: Easily assign passes to members through the payment centre.
• Simply head to the payment centre > select the user > select the box by the users name > and assign the pass.
• Tracking: Admins can view which members have each pass by heading to the team payments section.
• Select your profile icon > select team payments > select passes > here you can view a summary of the purchasing users.

• Promotion: Pass Products can be highlighted in the newsfeed and payments page, ensuring visibility to all members.
• Integration: You can group Pass Products with other products using our product groups tool.
• Flexibility: Ideal for supplementary memberships, allowing you to avoid confusion with season memberships.

We’re working on exciting updates to make Pass Products even more integrated and accessible:

• Attach Passes to Events: Passes can be added to events similarly to tickets!
• Create Events via Products: Soon, you’ll be able to add events directly when creating a product.
• Membership Card Integration: Passes will appear in the memberships card section of the payments page, offering a consolidated view of all memberships and passes.
