Based at the Copper Box Arena in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London Pulse compete in the Vitality Netball Super League, the highest level of netball in the UK, yet the organisation is about more than just its elite Super League team.
London Pulse aim to develop the next generation of elite netballers and deliver:
The organisation is always looking for new and innovative ways to engage with it’s community and with 16 performance hubs and over 500 athletes involved.
Communication
London Pulse wanted a safe and efficient way to be able to connect with them. After considering the options available to them, they decided that Teamo was going to be their platform of choice. Not only does Teamo offer an easy, safeguarded and GDPR-compliant way of communicating with junior members and the wider community, it allows coaches and managers to have all the information they need at the touch of a button, meaning they can focus on delivering high quality netball delivery to as many talented athletes as possible.
Member Management
Behind the scenes, the club’s administrators now have a live database of all their athletes, so they can manage all information and payments associated with each athlete, allowing them to quickly identify those that might need chasing up.
Finances
And of course, there are plenty of easy features to allow them to do just that. Teamo and London Pulse have worked closely together to develop even more of reporting tools so that the finance team have all the information they need at the touch of a button.
One Complete, Connected System
Some of the athletes and guardians at London Pulse were already using Teamo at their local netball clubs, and in some cases, other sports clubs too.
For those using Teamo for their local club and now Pulse, it’s been easy for them to have all their information in one place as the app allows them to have more than one club connected
Teamo has meant that coaches, athletes and their guardians have one place to access calendars, squad information, payments and much more via the distinctive London Pulse branded club app.
Easy Fundraising
As the London Pulse Pathway continues to grow, they continue to use more of the features available within Teamo. For example, they’ve recently taken advantage of Teamo’s brand new fundraising tool, TeamoRewards.
This tool allows members to raise money for the club every time they shop online, whilst also receiving discounts at over 20,000 online retailers!
