A brand new way to take payments for the whole of the club, plus a load of TeamoMail Upgrades. March might be as the end of the season draws in for some sports, but not here at Teamo!
New way to take payments for your club. If turned on, club will save money on transaction fees and be able to predict more accurately the cashflow over the course of the year.
To turn on, head to Payment Accounts and on the right, switch on AutoPay. You will need to assign someone as a treasurer, this user will be in charge of the disputes process. Once you have done that, pick what Payment Account you would like all the users to pay into.
You will then see a list of products that are eligible for AutoPay, pick which ones you’d like.
Once that has all been set-up members will be able to opt-in the next time they go into their accounts. You can see who has added a payment method to their account in the Payment Centre. There will be a new column for you with some new icons!
Users once they have opted-in will be able to dispute statements, making sure they are only charged for the correct amount each month. All payments will be taken on the 5th of every month.

Team Codes - When clicking to share a team code, instantly see the code and share with users.
Download Reports - When downloading reports from the Payment Centre, you now have an option of which columns you wish to download.
