Our new look registration forms should make it easier and quicker for admins to set up, and simpler for members to sign up for your club. Not only are they slicker and easier to use, but we’ve also added a range of new features for admins to create different types of questions.
Do you need to collect sensitive data that you don't want team managers to access? You can now make questions “visible to admins only”. This means the answer won't appear on member profiles, and can only be accessed by club admins when using the "download wizard" in the members center.
Some clubs prefer to ask for a member's sex rather than gender or vice versa. Therefore, you can now set which of the two you feel is most appropriate for your club.
In each question there is now a “new members only". This will only ask the question to new members rather than prompting existing members to answer. For example "were you referred to the club by an existing member?"
Grant applications and other process clubs sometimes need to carry out required the club to be able to provide the make-up of postcodes across their club. We've not added the option to make postcode compulsory for users so that this information can be readily available when needed.
