Thanks for your message!
We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
As you might have seen, the Play Cricket import has been improved from last year's version. We have been working hard to make importing fixtures as easy as possible, and have made major steps this year. See below for what has been going on:
Importing fixtures from Play Cricket is now easier than ever and it will take minutes for you to do it!
If you get stuck, look at the video below for help!
All fixtures will have an event ID linked to them, which means that we will pull in all the data linked to that event. Last year, we only took the event details to save in the calendar. This year we have gone multiple steps further to being able to pull the result in, live (if it is being scored live on PC) and post-game scorecards, player stats and future event detail updates.
After a game has finished and the result has been entered into Play Cricket it only takes a touch of a button to pull the data through into Teamo. The result will be entered for you, the scorecard will be there to view.
Just as we get the results from Play Cricket, you will now be able to see the scorecard when you open the event. If the event has started or is in the past and the game is in the process of being scored or the result has been updated on play cricket, you will see the scorecard option on the event. Just like this.
If there have been any changes to the event in Play Cricket, you will be able to update your Teamo event with no hassle at all and this is how it works! The changes that teamo will look for and alert event managers are date, start time and location changes.

As we know, cricketers love stats, so we have added a location for people to look at stats through Teamo.
Clubs will be able to link players in Teamo up to the player accounts within Play Cricket. To do this, head to the Members Centre and click on the Play Cricket Sync option on the right-hand side of your screen.
You will then need to enter your Play Cricket ID again, but this time it will give you a pop out of every name you have within Play Cricket. This will automatically try to match members in Teamo to their Play Cricket account.
This is done on a name filter, so you shouldn’t see any errors, but you can always match people manually if there is a duplicated account on either side! Once you have gone through and matched people confirm it and their Play Cricket icon will turn blue. (Per image)
This will mean that whenever their stats are added to Play Cricket, you will be able to see them both in their profile on Teamo and within the team stats page. The only requirement being they need to be selected for the match data to pull through.
