Five features to help you prepare for the season

Last week, we released our handy help guide for setting up your new season in Teamo. With pre-season just around the corner, take a look at some of our other useful features to get you set up and ready to go. 

Ask players to confirm whether they are going to continue playing in the upcoming season, and automatically transfer all their member information to the new season. You can then filter your Members Center based on who has and hasn't opted in! Take a look here.

It's likely you'll have new players joining, make sure you have all the information you need. Want to collect new information from existing members? No problem, just add the questions to your registration form, set them live, and existing members will be asked to fill these in. Find out more about custom registration forms here.

Create some friendly competition to inspire your team to build their fitness leading up to the season. Teamo FitLeague is designed to keep everyone connected and create a sense of togetherness. With the ability to track their own progress and see how they compare with others on the leaderboard, it really pushes players to stay active. Do you need to move junior members up to new age groups? Our team migration tool easily allows you to move whole groups of players into new teams. You can find the team migration tool by heading to the Members Center and using the Team Migration Tool from the menu on the right.

With our guest ticket feature, members can bring along guests who may want to trial for your club. You can add this option to any event that requires a ticket. Simply add a ticket to an event and select the option to 'allow guests'. When members go to buy a ticket, they'll then be able to buy extra ones for any guests they wish to bring along.
