Product Update - December

As the year comes to a close, we’re excited to share some new features and updates that will make managing your teams and events even smoother. From improved merchandise handling to enhanced notification settings, here’s what’s new this month on Teamo!

Managing merchandise has never been easier! We’ve introduced a new way to assign and track merchandise, giving you greater control over orders and fulfillment.

How to Assign Merchandise:

• Select the plus (+) icon on the homepage > choose Payment Request > select Merchandise.
• Pick a product and follow these steps:
• Select Assign > choose Size (if needed) > select a team member.
• Indicate whether the item has already been received.
• Now the invoice will be generated.
• An alternative way to assign merchandise is to head to Team Payments > select Merch > follow the same steps as above to assign items.

Track Merchandise Status:

Merchandise is now organised under three headings:

1. Ordered
2. Paid
3. Fulfilled



From the Ordered tab, you can:

• Select a user to mark their order as Fulfilled once they’ve received their item.
• See a red Not Paid label for unpaid items, so you know who still owes payment.

Notify Purchasers Directly:

Keep everyone in the loop with a broadcast message! Use Team Payments to notify members when their merchandise is ready to collect.

You now have more control over your notifications with new customisation options. Whether you’re managing a team or participating in multiple events, you can tailor what you see and hear.

How to Edit Notifications:

• Go to Settings via your profile icon or the Notifications tab.
• Adjust settings for each team you manage or belong to.
• Notifications are split into:
• Event Notifications
• Event Messages

Types of Notifications You Can Edit:

• Fixtures:
• Available – Send notification
• Unavailable – Send notification
• Training:
• Going – Send notification
• Maybe – Send notification
• Not Going – Send notification
• Social Events:
• Going – Send notification
• Maybe – Send notification
• Not Going – Send notification

• Export Products to Excel: Quickly download and analyse product data.
• Autopay Status in Attendance: Easily see which members are on autopay during attendance tracking.
