Product Update - July

Teamo aims for continuous improvement, we aim to constantly exceed users expectations to improve customer experience. Many new features have become available this July: 

• Product Groups
• Sponsors on the Newsfeed
• Broadcast Message with Attachments
• Squad Page on Teamosites
• Small Changes

We have introduced product groups this July! Product groups allow a cleaner, sleek look to our club products section. It also provides a clearer understanding for members when selecting their membership. This enables users to choose the correct membership, the first time! There are a few rules to product groups as seen below:

• Only for memberships
• You cannot place a product in more than one product group
• Each product group must have more than one linked product within it
• In payments section if all your available memberships are in a product group then this will show only the product group, not 'tap to select membership'

We are thrilled to introduce a new feature that allows you to add your sponsors to your Newsfeed. This enhancement provides an excellent opportunity to promote your sponsors effectively while simultaneously increasing your club's attractiveness to potential new sponsors. With this new feature, you can now prominently display your sponsors, including their logo or image, along with a direct link to their website. This not only acknowledges their support but also drives traffic to their business. This is a desktop only feature!

To add you sponsors to your newsfeed head to Manage > Manage Sponsors > Add your sponsors > Turn on the Include Club Sponsors on Newsfeed toggle.

We are pleased to announce that you can now add attachments to your broadcast messages. This new feature enhances communication by allowing you to send comprehensive information directly to your members. By including attachments, you ensure that all necessary documents and resources are immediately available to your users. This is beneficial for messages containing extensive information, such as detailed reports (e.g., match report), presentations and many more. These attachments must be in PDF form to enable them to send.
