November Product Update

This November, we're excited to unveil a range of new features designed to enhance your platform experience. Demonstrating our ongoing commitment to innovation and delivering greater value, these updates ensure that Teamo remains equipped to meet and surpass your expectations.

Adding Passes to Events

We're excited to announce the arrival of our newest feature—linking passes to events! This enhancement provides a more efficient way to manage event access while offering members a seamless and transparent payment experience.

Passes make it easier than ever to offer bundled access to multiple sessions or programs. Whether it’s a single workshop or a full-season program, event-linked passes offer unparalleled flexibility.

Key Features of Event-Linked Passes

  1. Add Passes via Event Fees - Include a pass directly within the event’s fee structure. Members can easily purchase a pass as part of the registration process, simplifying their experience and boosting attendance.
  2. Event Information and Ticketing - Provide clear and concise details about the event and how passes work. Members can make informed decisions about their purchases, whether it's a ticket for a one-time session or access to a multi-event package.
  3. Track Pass Usage - Stay informed with the usage tracker. A handy green line indicator helps you monitor how many passes have been redeemed, ensuring you never lose track of attendance and pass utilisation.
  4. Flexible Options for Multiple Events - Design passes to cover one event or multiple sessions. For example,

Combined Team Pages on Teamosite

Do you have sub-teams in your club, like U9 A and U9 B teams? If so, this update is for you!

We’ve introduced a new feature that allows you to combine team pages. Now, the results for both your U9 teams (or any other sub-teams) can be displayed on a single shared page. This saves you the hassle of creating and managing separate pages for each team. Instead, all results and updates are conveniently organised in one place, making it easier for coaches, players, and parents to stay informed.

Simplify your team management and keep everything centralised with this new functionality!
