In the event of a club member winning a prize, and he/she has opted for no publicity, can the club be informed so that if they have had an anonymous winner they could then use to promote interest?
Only customers ticking the box to agree to publicity will have their name and town of residence published on the official lottery website.
Customers may also have their names published on official social media posts but not their addresses.
Customers can change their marketing preferences at any time by contacting darrellturton@yourlottery.org
All member clubs will be notified of winners from their club if those customers have agreed to publicity.
In circumstances where members have not agreed to publicity, member clubs will be notified of the winning amount only.
How to play online:
- Access the lottery pages via Teamo
- Join securely online
- Pre-loaded for Direct Debit and set at £10 per month per membership draw for two entries
- Confirm you 18 years or older

Set up your membership payment
- Insert Title, Name, Address, Postcode, telephone number, email, date of birth and any shared reference code (use if supporting a specific age group)
- Confirm your marketing preferences
Confirmation will take you to the payment gateway.

- Each customer will receive an automatically generated confirmation of the Direct Debit with amount, payment cycle, first payment and Direct Debit guarantee.
Offline sign-up
- Customers can request a paper mandate to complete at home
- Complete the top white copy retaining the transferable yellow copy for your records
- The form once completed can be returned in the freepost envelope provided (the envelope doesn't require a stamp or postcode)
- On receipt of the completed form the Lottery Office administration will process the information
Administration
- YourTeamo Lottery Administration receives an email of all sign ups
- Information is uploaded to the lottery database
- A unique play number is created for each entry
- The unique number is then communicated to each member
- The new member enters the 1st available draw after payment is cleared and subsequent draws after each monthly payment is cleared.
