Niamh’s Mercian Marauders won the UK Lions Trophy Tournament held in July. They went undefeated against Ulster, Solent, North Wales, Trent Raiders, Tensworth and North West Storm. A fantastic achievement and a great learning experience to be involved.
Eddie captained the U14 Mercian Marauders to 3rd place in both the indoor and outdoor Mercia Cup tournament, losing only 1 game in both over the 3 days and drew 2-2 to the eventual winners (Wimbledon) who won all of their other games.
Josh and George's U16 Marauders were crowned Mercia Cup Champions. The team were unbeaten, winning all their games over the 3 days, beating some very strong teams and having the opportunity to test themselves against England U16 players in the Mavericks XI.
A huge congratulations to all players involved. The club is super proud of your achievements. A big thank you to the parents for all their support.
