Club Bulletin - November

There’s lots going on at the club - both on and off the field. Here’s a summary of offers from the club, requests for help and "what’s on".

OFFERS

• NEW! TeamoRewards: sign up to TeamoRewards in the Teamo app to get discounts on thousands of online stores, and generate cash back for the club at the same time. Watch out for the prompts in Teamo or tap on your profile picture/initials in your Teamo app and then tap on the TeamoRewards option for the one-off setup. More details here.

PLEASE HELP!

• NEW! Member Survey: the 2022 member survey is here (sponsored by Eighteen Hockey)! Please take 5 minutes to fill it in by 30th November - and help the committee understand what you LIKE about the club and what we can do to IMPROVE it. Enter the prize draw for an Eighteen Hockey voucher by completing the survey.
• More umpires needed: The club badly needs more umpires. Would you be willing to take the online training and become an umpire too? The club will provide support and help your build confidence as an umpire in our lowest/junior teams first. More details here.

WHAT’S ON

• World Cup Sweepstake: enter the sweepstake by 3pm 20th November - tickets on Teamo. Prizes of £100 first, £50 second and £10 third. Proceeds go to club fundraising. More details here.
• Marshalling: it’s not too late to volunteer to be a marshal next Sunday 27th November! This is one of our largest club fundraisers - please sign up on Teamo if you can join in. Bring your friends and relations! More details here.
• NEW! Christmas Party: come and get into the festive spirit on 10th December in your best Christmas jumper, ready to eat and be merry. Everybody is welcome and we look forward to seeing you there! Tickets available on Teamo: £15 adults, £5 junior and include festive food and a ho-ho-hot drink. More details here.
