Thanks for your message!
We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
The Senior President of Cambridge University Hockey Club, Andy Cairns, and the CUHC Dinner Committee request the pleasure of your company at
The 2025 CUHC Alumni Dinner
at Jesus College, Cambridge, CB5 8BL
on Saturday 18th January 2025
7.00 pm for 8.00 pm
Black Tie / Blazers
We are delighted to announce that ticket sales for alumni/ae are now open. Tickets cost £70 for drinking and £60 for non-drinking and include a drinks reception, 3-course meal and post-dinner drinks in Jesus’ Tap Room Bar; we are also helping to subsidise student tickets so that committee members, captains and senior players can attend.
Once you have visited the payment site and clicked “Book Event” you will be asked for a passcode which is: CUHCAD25. You can then create an account and make payment with a debit or credit card. Please follow the link to book your ticket.
Tickets are automatically confirmed by email once payment is received and final details for the dinner will be emailed out in the first week of January. Our maximum capacity is 210 but we have had a fantastic response to the dinners in 2015, 2018 and 2022 so please don't delay booking a ticket to avoid disappointment! Tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis and sales will close on 3rd January.
If the room capacity is reached, applications will be put in a waiting list in case there are any withdrawals. Refunds are available upon request until 3rd January. After this date we will endeavour to transfer your ticket to someone waiting for a place but unfortunately cannot guarantee a refund.
Seating requests are included in the form and we will do our best to seat team mates together. Please forward this link on to any members of CUHC who you think might not have received it.
Unfortunately, since the dinner is just before the start of term, accommodation at Jesus College is only available to old Jesuans, and this is limited. Can Jesuans please contact Jesus College directly to enquire about a room? Similarly, other colleges may have rooms available for their alumni/ae.
As part of the Alumni weekend, on Sunday 19th January there will be Old Boys and Girls matches against the current student sides at Wilberforce Road. These games will start at 11:00 and it would be great to see lots of you there. If you would like to play, please fill in the relevant section in the payment form and a captain will be in touch.
If you have any further questions, please get in touch with Sam, who’s contact details are in the “Contact” tab on the payment site.
With best wishes,
Sam Grimshaw, Andy Cairns, Ian Wilson,
CUHC Alumni Officer, CUHC Senior President, CUHC Senior Treasurer
