Southampton Hockey Club have a large Ladies' section consisting of 5 teams across a range of abilities. New players of any ability are always welcome into our friendly, competitive hockey family. Club training (Ladies 3XI, 4XI & 5XI) is on Wednesday evenings from 7pm to 8.45pm and premier squad training (Ladies 1XI & 2XI) is Thursday evenings from 7:15pm to 8:45pm. Games are played on Saturdays across various South Central leagues.

High ability players who are comitted to regular training and playing. A stepping stone to Ladies 1XI.
Ladies' 3XI
Mixture of experience and youth, wanting to play and train at a good standard of hockey. Stepping stone into premier squads.
Ladies' 4XI
Mixture of experience and youth, wanting to train at a good standard but in a more relaxed environment. Platform to develop players wanting to move up the hockey ladder.
Ladies' 5XI
Mixture of experience and youth, wanting to train at a good standard but in a more relaxed environment. Platform to develop players starting out in adult hockey.
