We're excited to introduce Pass Products, a new feature that adds flexibility to managing memberships and payment options, seamlessly integrating with our existing tools. Pass Products function similarly to memberships but are designed for supplementary options like seasonal passes, additional subscriptions, or event tickets, making them perfect for expanding your club's offerings. 

By using Pass Products as an extension of your current memberships, you can cater to different member needs, boost revenue, and improve satisfaction with tailored options. Adding and managing Pass Products is simple—just navigate to club products, assign passes through the payment centre, and promote them on the newsfeed or payments page for visibility. We’re also developing future enhancements, including pass integration with events and membership cards, to provide an even more cohesive and efficient experience. Stay tuned for more updates.

We are thrilled to announce a second update for September—an enhancement to our instalment payment system. Previously, users could select an instalment plan, choose to pay, and pick any date within the month for the payment to be deducted. This flexible option is still available! However, based on feedback from clubs, we’ve introduced an additional method designed to offer more transparency and better financial tracking.

The new option allows clubs to set up the instalment membership as a scheduled product. This gives admins and treasurers the ability to specify a fixed date for all instalment payments to be processed. By having payments aligned on the same day, clubs can easily monitor and manage who has completed their instalment payments, ensuring more efficient cash flow and better budgeting.

This update empowers clubs to choose between the flexibility of individual payment dates or the organisation of synchronised payments. Either way, Teamo's goal is to provide greater control and visibility over membership fees.
