With Ticketed Event Questions, you no longer have to rely on last-minute emails or phone calls to confirm attendee details. Instead, you can set up required questions during the event creation process, ensuring you get all the necessary information upfront.

When setting up a new event, you can now enable the Pre-purchase Questions option. This allows you to:
Once the event is live, attendees can book their tickets as usual. However, before finalising their purchase, they will be required to answer the questions you’ve set. This ensures that all necessary details are collected upfront, without additional follow-up.
As an event organiser, you can view all attendee answers in the Review Questions section. If needed, you can also edit responses—for example, if a guest changes their menu selection or submits the wrong information.
To make planning even easier, you can filter responses based on paid and unpaid attendees and download a full list of answers for reference.
